CT 벤처기업의 기술혁신역량, 기술혁신성과 그리고 경영성과에 관한 연구

A study on technology innovation capability, technology innovation performance and business performance of CT venture business

본 연구는 2010년 벤처기업정밀실태조사에서 94개의 er 벤처기업을 표본으로 기술혁신역량, 기술혁신성과 그리고 경영성과에 대하여 실중분석 하였다. 연구결과, 기술혁신역량은 기술혁신성과로 볼 수 있는 특허 수와 상표권에 긍정적인 연계성을 보였다. 뿐만 아니라 기술혁신역량파 기술혁신성파는 경영생파인 매출액에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, CT 벤처기업만의 기술혁신역량 및 혁신성과 육성은 궁극적으로 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 돕는 촉매역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다, 따라서, CT 벤처기업의 기술혁신역량 체계를 구축할 필요가 있으며, 이를 뒷받침할 연구가 션행되어야 할 것이다. 명확한 CT 기술혁신체계의 확립은 우수기술을 선별해 기술적 성과, 경영적 성과를 제고하는 매개역할을 할 것이다.

This study analyzed empirically technology innovation capability, technology innovation performance and financial business performance, focusing on Culture Technology venture businesses. The findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, technology innovation capability turned out to be effective in technology innovation performance, especially patents and trademark rights. Second, it was found that technology innovation capability and performance affects significantly increasing sales. Otherwise, fostering technology innovation capability and performance based on Culture Technology venture businesses has an important role to play on business performance. Thus, with regard to the facts that mentioned above, we should make an effort on researching data on establishing reasonable Culture Technology venture business system before implementing policy. It is thought that specific Culture Technology innovation system helped to identify reasonable technology, ultimately enhance technological and financial performance.
