온라인 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 임상실습간호교육의 효과

본 연구의 목적은 특수부서 임상실습에서 온라인 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 실습교육이 간호학과 학생들의 간호수행능력, 자기주도학습 준비도, 학습동기 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 사후 시차설계의 유사실험연구이다. 대상자는 간호학과 4학년 재학생 중, 2주간 중환자실이나 응급실에 실습예정인 41명의 학생이었으며 실험군 19명, 대조군 22명으로 임의할당하였다. 실험중재는 실험군에게 임상실습과 병행하여 2주간 온라인 간호교육 콘텐츠 프로그램을 활용한 임상실습교육을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, χ2 test, Fisher’s exact test와 Mann-Whitney U test로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 실험군의 간호수행 능력과 실습만족도 점수가 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았지만 자기주도학습 준비도나 학습동기에서는 두 군간의 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 온라인 간호교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 실습교육은 간호대학생의 간호수행능력과 실습만족도 향상에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다,

This purposes of this study were to test the effects of the on-line contents nursing education program. The study is non-equivalent control group non-synchronized post test design. The participants were total 41 senior nursing students (experiment group 19 subjects, control group 22 subjects) in M University. Educational intervention experimental group received for clinical practicum period was Mosby nursing on-line education program. The instruments of this study are clinical performance skills developed by researcher, self-directed learning readiness scale, learning motivation, and practice satisfaction self-reported questionnaires. The clinical performance skills on oxygen therapy and suction was evaluated by two trained experts through videotapes which recorded CPX (clinical performance examination). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, χ² test, Fisher’s exact test, and Mann-Whitney U test using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. The result of this study were as follows: The mean scores of clinical performance skill score (oxygen therapy and suction) and practice satisfaction were significantly higher in experimental group than control group. Compared with control group, experimental group showed no significant difference in scores of self-directed learning readiness and learning motivation. Therefore, It is recommended to use the on-line nursing education program for nursing students in order to improve clinical nursing skills.
