유아교육기관의 교사 직무 임파워먼트, 영ㆍ유아학대 인식, 영ㆍ유아학대 실제행동에 대한 자기평가와의 관계 분석

Analysis of Relationship Between Empowerment, Child Abuse Awareness and Self-evaluation on Actual Child Abuse Behaviors of Child Daycare and Preschool Teachers

본 연구는 유아교육기관의 교사 직무 임파워먼트, 영ㆍ유아학대에 대한 인식, 영ㆍ유아학대 실제 행동에 대한 자기 평가에 대하여 알아보고, 직무임파워먼트, 영ㆍ유아학대에 대한인식, 영ㆍ유아학대 실제 행동에 대한 자기평가와의 관계를 분석해 봄으로써 영ㆍ유아학대 예방을 위한 방안모색의 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 4월 11일부터 5월 2일까지 수도권에 위치한 유아교육기관의 현직 교사 316명을 대상으로 측정도구를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 유아교육기관교사 직무 임파워먼트에서는 지위가 가장 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, 영ㆍ유아교사들은 방임이 가장 심각한 영ㆍ유아학대로 인식하고 있었으며, 정서학대를 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영ㆍ유아학대 실제행동 자기평가 분석에서는 정서학대를 가장 많이 하고 성적학대를 가장 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아교육기관의 교사 직무 임파워먼트, 영ㆍ유아학대에 대한 인식, 영ㆍ유아학대 실제 행동에 대한 자기 평가와의 관계를 분석한 결과, 영ㆍ유아 학대인식과 학대 실제행동 자기평가에서 정적인 상관이 나타났으며, 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아교사의 직무임파워먼트를 높이고 영ㆍ유아학대를 예방할 수 있는 다양한 교사교육프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine empowerment, child abuse awareness and self-evaluation on actual child abuse behaviors of child daycare and preschool teachers and to lay groundwork for prevention of child abuse by analyzing of relationship between them. For this, 316 teachers who work in child educational institutions located around Seoul, were observed by a behavior scale from Apr.11 to May 2, 2017. AS the results; first, the highest scores were given to the position for empowerment Second, daycare and preschool teachers appreciate that neglectedness is the most serious child abuse and an emotional abuse is the most common one they do. Third, it appears that emotional abuse is the most and sexual abuse is the least what they actually do to children from the analysis of self-evaluation. Forth, as the result of analysis of relationship between empowerment, child abuse awareness and self-evaluation on actual child abuse behaviors of child daycare and preschool teachers, there was a positive correlation between child abuse awareness and self-evaluation on actual child abuse behaviors of child daycare and preschool teachers. Also, it showed that empowerment and child abuse awareness influence to actual child abuse behaviors of child daycare and preschool teachers. Therefore, various education programs for teachers are needed for increasing their empowerment and preventing child abuse.
