한국과 중국의 학교평가제도 및 연구동향 비교

A Comparative Study on the School Evaluation Trends between Korea and China

본 연구는 한국과 중국의 학교평가 제도를 살피고, 연구동향에 대한 비교분석을 통해 향후 양국의 학교평가 제도 및 발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 양국 학교평가 제도를 실시 주체, 주기, 지표, 목적, 절차 및 방법, 내용과 결과활용의 7가지 항목으로 비교하였으며, 1980년부터 2016년까지의 양국 학교평가 관련 연구논문을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 학교평가 관련 논문으로 중국 984편, 한국 236편으로 나타났고, 주요 관심영역은 중국은 학생, 교사, 도구 및 지표 개발, 학교장, 교수활동, 한국은 수행평가, 교사, 학생, 학교단위, 도구 및 지표 개발의 순으로 나타났다. 학교자체평가 관련 논문은 중국은 12편, 한국은 26편으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 90년대 후반이후 양국 모두 학교평가에 대한 연구가 급속히 증가하였으며, 현재는 학교자체평가로 변화되어가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 양국 학교평가의 상호발전방향을 모색하고 상호이해를 증진시켰다는 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the school evaluation system in Korea and China and to suggest some suggestions for future school evaluation system and development through comparative analysis of research trends. In order to do this, we compared 7 subjects: subjects, cycles, indicators, objectives, procedures and methods, contents and results, and examined the research papers related to the evaluation of schools in both countries from 1980 to 2016. As a result of the research, 984 chapters in China and 236 chapters in Korea were analyzed. The main areas of interest were that China showed students, teachers, tools and indicators development, principals, teaching activities, and Korea showed performance evaluation, teachers, students, School Unit And development of tools and indicators. The paper on the self evaluation of the school showed 12 in China and 26 in Korea. Through this study, it is found that the study of school evaluation has rapidly increased in both countries since the late 1990 ’s and now it is changing to school self evaluation. In addition, this study has significance in that it has sought mutual development direction of mutual school evaluation of both countries and promoted mutual understanding.
