Online transactions have raised several issues. For example, when procuring online services, customers are occasionally asked to choose their means of payment, which frequently includes the payment by credit cards, Internet banking by digital signatures or electronic money, small sum prepaying, the payment by mobile phones or ARS(Audio Response System). Among these methods, especially the payment by mobile phone and ARS payment method are preferred by both the customers and the digital contents providers because of their convenience. This paper aims to propose the schemes for improvement on the several problems related to Internet mobile payment system. First, it deals with the refund provisions in online services contract forms. If an online service provider has to refund the money paid by a customer there are some limits to do so in relevant contract provisions. Second, this paper points out that the enterprises using electronic payment including payment gateway companies, should apply a clear statement and explanatory obligations in online transactions. Third, this paper proposes to make standard contract form for the customers of Internet contents transactions. Fourth, it deals with the protection for personal information during the mobile payment. Fifth, it deals with a problem of parents consent on minority payment in online services. Sixth, it proposes to make a class action system for the customer protection in the field of mobile payment in online transactions.
