중학생의 성 경험 영향요인

A Study on Influencing Factors of Sexual Experience among Korean Middle School Students

본 연구는 중학생의 성 경험 영향요인을 확인하고자 제 12차 2016년 청소년건강 행태온라인조사의 원시자료를 2017년 5월부터 6월까지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상 자는 전국 시, 도에 소재한 중학교 가운데 표본학교 400개교에 재학 중인 중학생으로 총 32,162명이었다. 중학생의 일반적 특성과 성 경험 관련 요인들을 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 교차분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 학년, 경제상 태, 거주형태, 스트레스인지, 자살생각, 흡연경험, 음주경험, 고민 상담자, 성교육 경험 유무에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 중학생의 성 경험에 대한 학교보건 관련 교과내용과 교육프로그램의 개발, 실제적인 고민 상담 시 도움을 받을 수 있는 상담소를 마련하는 등의 성 경험과 관련된 개입 시 기초자료를 제공하였다.

This study was conducted to identify the influencing factors of Korean adolescents’ sexual experience. This study is a secondary analysis using raw data from the 12th Korea Youth Risk Behavior web-based Survey (KYRBS). Total of 32,162 middle school students were included in the analysis. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, chi-square test and logistic regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The results are in the follow. The significant predictors of adolescents’ sexual experience were grade, economic status, perceived stress, suicidal ideation, smoking, alcohol intake, adviser, and sex education. Therefore, the findings should be consider as an evidence for proper sex education and counseling of middle school students in South Korea.
