도시관광 실현을 위한 도시정책적 함의

As a society become diverse and a consumer s tourism needs has changed, the consumer have various opportunities for selecting tourism destination. A city has become one of important tourism destination. Many cities have focused on that bring tourist to the city through out opening festivals, maintaining cultural and tourism site, and improving service for tourists in the cities. The importance of urban tourism has growing over time. This study discover the function and meaning of urban tourism in the city and urban planning system as a way for urban tourism. Urban tourism has diverse and alternative features that has more space in the city than in the past. Urban planning system in Korea lacks planning issue, urban tourism moreover diverse other planning system make more difficult in realizing urban tourism. For the desirable urban planning system in realizing urban tourism must be flexible and integrated.
