Factor Analysis of District Level Urban Regeneration - Focus on Deteriorated Tourism Complex -

In the country s old downtown and many city problems occur. Efforts to solve this problem have been limited to the Seoul metropolitan area and local medium-sized city is not right. In this paper, we focus on district-level tourist complex. Tourist Complex to provide data to derive a regeneration standard the urban regeneration of the local medium-sized cities through which the local economy, and contribute to balanced national development. In the way of empirical analysis was carried out Fous Group Interview(FGI). The purpose of this study was to attempt a comprehensive analysis of the selected standard range to be considered for the regeneration tourism complex. In addition, Through the secondary group interviews, review the hierarchy and scope of individual variables pursue a hierarchical form of specific shape, secure objectivity and professionalism of the variable.
