Relationships between Educators’ Competencies and Learners’ Performance

교육자 역량과 학습자 성과 간 관계 : 교육훈련만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로

고성과지향 환경 속에서 대부분의 조직들은 인적자원의 역량을 강화시키기 위해 가치있는 교육 훈련 프로그램에 투자를 하게 된다. 군조직 역시 예외는 아니다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군조직 교육자의 역량과 학습자의 교육에 대한 만족도 및 성과 등을 고려한 포괄적인 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 그 결과, 군조직 교육자의 강의역량과 의사소통역량 등이 교육만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 열정과 애정, 그리고 학습자에 대한 관심 등 기본역량이 교육만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 이러한 교육만족은 학습자 개인의 발전과 교육성과, 그리고 앞서 언급한 교육자 역량 간의 관계를 매개해주었다. 특히, 퍼실리테이터로서의 교육자의 역할이 강조되면서 교육자 역량강화를 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 실무적 시사점 등을 본 연구에서는 제공해주고 있다.

In a high-performance orientation, most organizations invest in valuable education and training programs to improve and secure their human resource competencies. The military is no exception. Thus, this paper aims to build a comprehensive model taking into consideration military educators competencies, educational satisfaction, and educational performance. The results show that among the military educators competencies, lecture management capability and communication have significant effects on the education satisfaction. In addition, the military educators’ fundamental competencies, passion for education, affection, and attention to learners have significant effects on education satisfaction. Learners’ satisfaction mediated the relationships between of lecture management capability, passion for education, affection and attention to learners, and self-development, and subjective educational performance. Additionally, education satisfaction also mediated the relationships of lecture management capability, communication, passion for education, affection and attention to learners, and self-development, with objective educational performance.
