Institutionalizing a new democratic organization entails unique challenges where actors must negotiate conflict. This paper examines how collaborative entrepreneurship in self-management corporate managed to craft integrative processes out of contradictious processes in institutionalizing a new democratic organization. Therefore the present study make a case for understanding organizational democracy and collaborative entrepreneurship as an evolving reality.
