Managing social enterprise is more difficult than managing common enterprise because social enterprise seeks both economic value and social value. Potential social entrepreneurs who want to start their businesses in short time are demanded to have social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. The pmpose of this study is to research whether social entrepreneurship of social entrepreneurs have any effects on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the previous researches, social entrepreneurship consists of four constructs, which are innovativeness, risk taking, proactivenss and orientation to social values. This research show that the social entrepreneurship has significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
