융합정의론

The Theory of Converge of Justice

경제학이 인간 사이에 일어나는 법칙을 다루는 학문이므로 인문학적 법칙, 특히 인성(혹은 인격)에 대한 법칙의 연구가 중요하다. 이 논문은 개인과 전체 공동체의 존재론적인 융합을 기반으로 기하학과 인문학을 융합한 인문학적 융용 기하학을 도입하고 레비나스에 의해 정의된 삼자와 타자의 개념을 유추해서 설계한 삼자융합체를 적용한 융합정의론을 제시한다. 기존 정의론의 장점을 융합하고 개인과 전체가 분리된 한계를 극복한 융합정의론은 정태적 정의와 동태적 정의 그리고 그것들이 융합된 정의로 이루어지며 삼자융합체를 통해 합리성과 이타성이 융합된 정의론이다. 그리고 본 논문은 삼자융합체를 기업구 조 안에서 구현하는 방법과 융합정의론을 자본시장에 적용하는 방법을 설명하는 것을 통해 융합경제론이 경제에 적용되어 자본시장의 문제를 자본시장 민주화를 통해 해결함으로서 경제 민주화를 이룰 수 있음을 보인다.

Economics is the study which handles principles that occur between human beings. Therefore, it is important to study the humanistic principal, especially the principal of personality or character. This paper introduces humanistic applied geometry which is interdisciplinary convergence of geometry and humanities based on the ontological convergence of individuals and whole community. It suggests the theory of convergence of justice which applies the third party converged body analogized by the concept of the third party and the other defined by Emmanuel Levinas. The theory of convergence of justice on which the strong points of the existing theories converge and overcomes the limits of disconnection of individuals and the whole community is composed of static justice, dynamic justice, and the convergence of them. It is the convergence of rationality and altruism through the third party converged body. This paper also shows the theory of convergence of justice can be applied to economy by explaining the way of implementing the third party converged body in company structure and applying the theory of convergence to capital market, and achieve the economic democratization solving the problems of the capital market through the democratization of capital market.
