Since the Meîii Reform, The fasL industrîalization in apan was established by the introducing the institution of stock company and stock exchange. But,traditional merchant organizations carried out such institut•ons following tbeir own customs and trade method. As a result of fact, capilal markel was dîvided in10 lwo market. The One was the formal structure of slock exchange and the other was the informal outside market. Conseq ently ， lhe outside market played a role as a real capital market
