This study obseπes historically the change prα:ess of japanese laoor movement, and 1αJks inlD what kind of influence the labor movement has affected the development of the laoor management [1ation what it is suggesling to us. It is considered that Lhe labor movement of Japan firstly developed experiencing the early indLlstriaJization process of the peri of industri capitaJ after MEI restoration but this stucly has 1∞ked into the features of lhe labor movement and development ocess according to each step by classifying 3 steps; (1) the creation the labor movement prior to lhe war ll , 12) the spreading and expanding pericxl after the world war II and (3) the tuming poinHstabilizil1!! peri) e labor movement after 1980 ’ s EspeciaIly. japanese labor muvement uf Japan went through the spring offensive ∞ricxl 01 1960-1970 s and changed to the stable step after 191 s and lot more che at the time of economic depressing period after It can be said that in such changes, Japan has achieved the stabilization in such factors as constant decrease of the system ratio of recent labor union, the multiication of systematic form, the decrease in labor disputes, the change in spring offensive, the reorganizatiun of the upper labor organizations, refonnation of life employment and the ranking wages system, the positive inducement of personnel management system stressed on ability(results), the spread and exnd of the joint consultation system for the collective bargaining of the labor and management, the change in stable relation betw어1 the labor ar management
