Major verifies of this paper ‘ research on mediators’ effect of innovative job mo tivation between charisma leadership and innovative behavior : moderators’ effects of subordinate’s trust in leader between charisma leadership and innovative job mo tivation, inno vative behavior; rnoderators’ effects of innovative climate between innovative job motivation and innovative behavíor The objects of this research are the employees of firms in Jeju, Korea and 1 used 422 samples out of them. I performed the covariance structure analysis and hier archical regression analysis to verify the research model The res비 ts : first, this research proves that the mediators effect of innovative job motivation between charisma leadership and innovative behavior ‘ second, sub ordinate’s trust in leader have enhance effects between charisma leadership and io novative job motivation, innovative behavior: third innovative climate has not moderators’s effect between innovative job motivation and innovative behavior This research proves that the fit charisma leadership style and high subordinate’s trust io leader quality increases subordinator s innovative job motivation and innovative behavior
