The digital knowledge economic order in the 21century req비 res new rnanagement paradigπ brings io the necessity of a swift io the recognition of human re source management io the corporate managernent. this study went 00 to provide suggestions to improve organizational efficiency by examining the leader’s behavior which encourages the employee’s to enhance organizational commitment To this end, this study selected leadership styles as the independent variables and organizational comrnitrnent as the dependent ones, Additionally, io order to check 00 the effects of organization’5 features and ernp!oyee’5 individual personalities the relationship between employee’s perc히 ved transactional and transformational leadership styles to the organizational comrnitment, organization’s feature and employee ’Sllividual personalitîes were designed as the rmderate variables For this study, 463 sets of survey data from the workers in affiliated compan ies of four domestic corporations were collected and used for empirical analysis, of which, the results are as f,이 lows . employee-perceived leadership styles would have a positive iofluence orgaoizational commitment. In general, transactionalleader ship had more influence on organizational commitment than transformational lead ership in this empirical analysis, though the latter also had a meaningful influence organizational commitment in general Transformational leader should be able to carry out the super leadership which introduces a self-controlling management culture by enabling the leader to be a self leader, and al30 encouraging the followers to become a self leader
