간호대학생의 자기관리전략 방법이 핵심기본간호술기 교육에 미치는 효과

Effects of Self-Management Strategies on Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Education among Nursing Students

본 연구는 자기관리전략 방법을 활용한 핵심기본간호술기 교육을 간호대학생에게 적용하여 비판적 사고성향, 셀프리더십, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 자료수집은 U시 소재한 일개 대학의 재학 중인 4학년 간호대학생 98명을 대상으로 2017년 3월 6일부터 4월 14일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, paired t-test, Person’s correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자기관리전략 방법을 활용한 핵심기본간호술기 교육 후, 비판적 사고성향(t=-7.73, p<.001)과 임상수행능력(t=-4.48, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되었다. 비판적 사고성향의 유의한 차이를 보인 하부영역은 지적열정/호기심, 신중성, 자신감, 체계성, 지적 공정성, 건전한 회의성, 객관성 이였으며, 임상수행능력의 유의한 차이를 보인 하부영역은 간호과정, 간호기술, 교육/협력관계로 나타났다. 또한, 비판적 사고성향과 셀프리더십 간에는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.249, p=.014). 이에 자기관리전략 방법을 활용한 핵심기본간호술기 교육은 간호대학생의 임상간호역량인 비판적 사고성향과 임상수행능력을 향상시키는 효과적인 프로그램이라 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core fundamental nursing skills education using nursing self-management strategies on critical thinking disposition, self-leadership and clinical performance of nursing students. Data were collected from M arch 2017 and May 2017 from 98 nursing students in 4th grade at a university in Ucity. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, paired t-test and pearson correlation coefficients using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The score for critical thin king disposition(t=-7.73, p <.001) and clinical competence(t=-4.48, p <.001) increased significantly after core fundamental nursing skills education using nursing self-management strategies. In the sub-scales of critical thinking disposition, the domain of intellectual eagerness/curiosity, self-confidence, systematically, intellectual fairness, objectivity, healthy skepticism, prudence was score the significant increased and in the sub-scales of clinical competence, the domain of nursing process, nursing skill, teaching/coordinating was score the significant increased. Also, there was a positive correlation between critical thinking disposition and self-leadership(r=.249,p =.014). Therefore, the core fundamental nursing skills education using self-management strategy is an effective program to enhance the critical thinking disposition and clinical performance ability of nursing college students clinical nursing ability.
