The Study about Corporate Culture of SPC Group

The primary purpose of this study is to explore a corporate culture of SPC group by literature review and interview method. The SPC s corporate culture has been influenced by social culture in external factor and heroes internally through formation process. Management philosophy of founder was the value to make a contribution, and current chairman s one is the value system of commensalism. Also, the contents of SPC s culture are seemed to be the spirit of creative challenges, customer-first, principle-observance, and so on based on the national interests and welfare of the people, and the public benefit through the study applied by the 7S model, Schein s model, and the onion diagram model. The SPC s corporate culture is near to a kind of diligence, development, and hormony-active in typology. But adventure characteristics seems to be lack in spite of the importance to creative challenge and field-centered management of SPC s representative corporate culture. It is necessary to establish a final corporate culture and to decide the symbolic and representative corporate culture of the group through field survey and study.
