뉴스기사 비정형데이터 분석을 통한 주소체계 개선 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Improvement of Address Systems Through the Unstructured News Data Analysis

도로명주소는 기존의 법정동 단위의 면 기준 위치 표현 체계를 도로 단위의 선형 표현 체계로 인식전환을 요구하기 때문에 아직까지 익숙해지지 않고 많은 문제제기가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도로명주소의 발전적인 개선방안을 마련하기 위해 주요 분야별로 연관 키워드를 선정하고 비정형데이터인 뉴스기사를 분석하여 불편도를 계산하였다. 공통 키워드인 도로명주소와 18개 연관 키워드에 대한 결과는 전체 시간적 범위와 연차별 변화에서 차이가 있었으며 이를 비교분석하여 제도적 측면과 주소정보 관리 및 활용 측면으로 나누어 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 미국의 사례를 참고한 도로 형태에 따른 도로명 부여 방식, 선택사항인 법정동 표기 삭제, 미래도시 구조에 대응할 수 있는 제도 마련, 도로명주소기본도를 노드 링크 방식의 네트워크형 전자지도로 변환, 특정 도로명을 랜드마크로 홍보, 국가지점 번호 등 타 주소정보와의 통합 서비스 제공을 통해 주소 체계를 개선한다면 주소의 핵심가치인 위치 표현의 정확성, 탐색 및 검색의 용이성을 실현할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The road name address requires change in understanding of Dong-based polygonal location representation system to the road-based linear location representation system. In order to make improvement of the road name address, which is still in question, in this study, related keyword were selected for each major field and the inconvenience level were calculated by analyzing unstructured news data. The results for the common keyword road name address and 18 related keywords were different in the total temporal range and annual variation. After analyzing the results, we propose remedy divided into administrative aspect and address information management and utilization aspect: Road name assignment method according to road shape referring to US case, Removing optional dong natation, Establishment of system that responds to future city structure, Converting the road name address map to a network frame digital map of the node link structure, promoting specific road name by landmark, and providing integrated service with other address information such as Korea national grid. Therefore, it is expected that the accuracy of location expression, the search and retrieval availability can be realized.
