예비체육교사의 수업시연 경험을 통한 수업 전문성 신장 요인 탐색

Exploring the Factors that increase class expertise through the Experience of Teaching Demonstration of Pre-service PE Teachers

본 연구는 직전교육에서 수업시연 경험을 통해 예비체육교사들에게 내면화 되는 수업전문성 신장 요인이 무엇인지에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하고 수업시연의 단계별 과정을 통한 예비체육교사들의 내면적 성장요인을 밝히고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구자의 ‘체육교과교육론’ 강좌를 수강하고 있는 수강생 20명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 수업시연 단계별 과정에서 수행된 여러 자료들을 수집하였으며, 이 중, 3명을 재선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 설명적 사례연구를 위해 주로 사용되는 분석방법인 구조적 분석(structural analysis)과 해석적 분석(interpretational analysis)방법을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 결과로는 첫째, 수업시연 경험을 통해서 예비체육교사들은 효율적 수업전략에 대한 학습요인 및 반성적 사고 과정의 연습요인을 수업전문성 신장요인으로 내면화 되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비체육교사들은 수업시연 단계별 경험을 통해 자기 효능감 및 조망수용능력으로 해석, 범주화된 사회・심리적 발달 요인을 내면화하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 볼 때, 예비체육교사들의 수업시연 경험은 수업전문성 신장요인을 내면화하는데 있어 절대적인 경험이라 할 수 있으며 예비체육교사들에게 수업개선을 위해 필요한 전문성 발달영역을 확인해 줄 뿐 아니라 직전 및 현직 교육을 위한 프로그램 개발의 준거를 제공할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate in depth how the factor of enhancing the professionalism of teaching in preliminary physical education teachers through the class demonstration experience in the previous education and to identify the internal growth factors of preliminary physical education teachers through the step. For this purpose, we selected 20 learner who participated in the lecture on Physical education subject education of the researcher as a research participant and gathered various materials performed during the course demonstration step by step. The 3 students were re-elected to conduct in-depth interviews on the experiences. The collected data were analyzed through structural analysis and interpretational analysis methods, which are mainly used for explanatory case studies. Therefore, the following results were obtained. First, through the class demonstration experience, the preliminary physical education teachers internalize the learning factors of effective teaching strategies and the practice factors of reflective thinking process as the factors of teaching professionalism. Second, pre - service physical education teachers internalized the factors of social and psychological development categorized by interpreting self - efficacy and vision receptivity through experience of class demonstration. Therefore, the experiences of preliminary physical education teachers demonstration of class is an absolute experience in internalizing the factors of professionalism of the class, and it not only confirms the development areas of professional development necessary for improvement of classes to preliminary physical education teachers but also develops programs for In-service training.
