Dialogical principle of Mikhail Bakhtin as a reflection of epistemological paradigm of Russian thought

The article links Mikhail Bakhtin s work with general traditions and principles of Russian philosophy. Religious orientation of his thoughts is best seen through the example of Bakhtin s theory of dialogue. The core principles of Bakhtin s theory of dialogue is that every thought and every life merges in the open-ended dialogue. In his view the dialogic model is a universal concept, which penetrates all aspects of human existence, replacing old mono-logical, reified model of the world.
