Under such labor environments, in this paper, I have analyzed the differences of organizational commitment in accordance with two types of Women workers of bank : regular and temporary. This study aims at explaining characteristics of time series change about temporary employees by assessing their organizational commitment and examining the effects on regular versus temporary employment status toward organizational commitment research 1999. The empirical data has been collected from regular and temporary tellers of six city banks located in the vicinity of Seoul area in Korea. 600 tellers have been successfully participated our survey. However, the valid questionnaires were 335 in which regular tellers were 93, and temporary tellers were 172. The data has been analyzed using t test, one-way layout ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Accordingly, the following conclusions are derived in this study. The study results acquired by testing of the three hypotheses show that regular employees have higher level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, whereas temporary employees have lower level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction than regular employees in terms of their explicit discontent with the organization and company, job satisfaction, lower compensation and job security. In conclusion, city banks will be forced to more depend on the temporary employees for further cost reduction and higher organizational efficiency. Notwithstanding such corporate personnel policy, companies need to be more concerned in relation to salary, welfare benefits, training program and personnel policy for the temporary employees in order to reshape the organizational integrity.
