소라, Batillus cornutus 간췌장의 미세구조

Hepatopancreas Ultrastructure of the Spiny Top Shell, Batillus cornutus (Gastropoda: Turbinidae)

소라 간췌장의 미세해부학적 특징과 미세구조를 광학현미경과 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 기재하였다. 간췌장은 진한 갈색으로 생식소를 싸고 있었으며, 외막과 다수의 관포상선으로 구성되어 있었다. 소화선의 상피층은 단층으로 원주형 상피세포, 섬모흡수세포, 호염기성세포, 소화세포 및 액포세포들로 구성되어 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 소라 간췌장의 소화선은 세포외소화와 세포내소화에 적합하게 분화되었음을 나타내는 것이다.

The microanatomy and ultrastructure of the hepatopancreas of the spiny top shell, Batillus cornutus were described using light and transmission electron microscopy. The hepatopancreas with dark brown color surround the gonad, and is composed of outer envelope layer and numerous tubuloacinar digestive glands. The simple epithelial layer of digestive gland is composed of columnar epithelia, ciliated absorptive cells, basophilic cells, digestive cells and vacuolar cells. The results of this study suggest that digestive glands of hepatopancreas are specialized in the extracellular and intracellular digestion.
