사회복지학 전공 대학생의 좋은 일자리 인식 유형 연구

A Study on the Decent Job Perceived by Social Work Students in Korea

본 연구는 사회복지학(사회사업학) 전공 대학생의 좋은 일자리에 대한 인식을 Q 방법론을 통해 탐색하고, 유형화하며, 각 유형별 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 최종 총 26개의 Q 표본과 28명의 P 표본에 대한 PC QUANL에 의한 분석결과, 이들의 좋은 일자리에 대한 인식 유형은 크게1) 안정성 추구형 2) 자아 실현형, 3) 미래 지향형 4) 복리후생 추구형의 4가지로 분류되었다. 본 연구에서는 각 유형별 특성을 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 학습과 진로 지도 방안 등에 대한 논의를 진행하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore and classify the types of social work students subjective perception on the decent job in Korea by using the q-methodology. 26 q-samples were adopted based on literature reviews and interviews with 28 students at department of social work of four universities in Seoul-Metropolitan areas. As results of analysis, types of subjective perception on the decent job by social work students in Korea were categorized into four: stability, self-realization, potentiality, and concrete benefit. It also explored attributes of each type of perception and delivered implications to prepare for better policies and educational services for social work students in Korea.
