교환이론관점에서 장애인 사회적 배제 고찰

Exchange Theoretical Analysis to Social Exclusion of The Disabled

본 연구는 교환이론의 관점에서 장애인의 사회적 배제를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 장애인의 사회적 배제 해소를 위한 정책적 대응 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교환이론에 근거한 장애인의 사회적배제의 원인은 장애인의 교환자원부족과 교환자원에 대한 평가절하로 분석되었다. 그리고 교환이론에 근거한 장애인의 사회적 배제해소를 위한 대응방안으로 동등한 가치의 다른 자원으로의 보상, 다른 보상원천 개발, 새로운 자격획득, 강제력 사용, 연합활동, 소유자원의 질 향상 등을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyzes social exclusion of disabled people in terms of exchange theory. For this purpose, first, this research intend to examine major contents of exchange theory, and the concept and characteristics of social exclusion of disabled people, and to analyze social exclusion of disabled people in terms of exchange theory, and finally, to provide policies to the issues.
