A Review of Strategic Partnerships in Supply Chain Management

이 논문에서는 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 공급사슬관리에서의 전략적 제휴에 관하여 고찰한다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 공급사슬관리에서 일어나고 있는 전략적 제휴의 대표적인 유형에 관하여 소개한다. 다음으로 기업이 공급사슬관리에서 전략적 제휴를 실시하고자 할 때 고려해야 할 주요한 이슈들을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 이러한 이슈들을 적절히 다루는데 도움이 될 만한 몇 가지 가이드라인을 제시한다.

In this paper, the recent developments of strategic partnerships in supply chain management are considered. For this, various types of strategic partnerships in supply chain management are reviewed. Then, some issues that are still prevalent, and that companies need to consider, when entering into strategic partnerships in supply chain management, are pointed out. Finally, a few guidelines are presented in order to address these issues properly.
