The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the service landscape factors of beauty shop on the customer orientation of the beauty shop and to provide basic data on the development direction of the beauty industry. For this purpose, we surveyed 305 practitioners working in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon areas through questionnaires from November 23 to December 23, 2015. The effect of servicescape on customer orientation, the higher the convenience, the higher the customer orientation. In order to increase the customer orientation of the skincare workers based on the research result, it is necessary to maintain the indoor atmosphere and comfortable environment for the customers visiting the beauty shop, so that there is no inconvenience to use the facilities, it should be provided.
