In recent years a growing number of South Korea’s films and TV dramas went into China，and they were very popular in cinema, television and DVD. However, as the difference in culture between China and South Korea, the meaning of their names would be changed when they were translated to Chinese. More than 600 South Korean films and TV dramas which were input into China from 2001 to 2012 have been researched in this paper. We discussed the features of their Chinese names and real names and analyzed the translation states of the South Korean film and TV drama in 21st century from a Skopos Theory perspective.
