사회복지조직에서 실천하는 조손가정 조모의 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 집단미술치료프로그램 효과성 연구

A Study on the Effectiveness of Group Art Therapy Programs to Reduce Parenting Stress of Grandmothers in Grandparent-Grandchildren Families in Social Welfare Organizations

본 연구는 지역사회의 사회적경제의 발전방안을 모색하고자 지역사회리더의 사회적 기업 인식을 살펴보고 지역사회리더의 지역공동체의식과 리더십이 사회적 기업 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 H시에 거주하는 8개동 주민자치 위원 및 통장, 그리고 지역사회보장협의체 위원 등 총 241명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 사회적 기업 인식에 영향을 미치는 지역공동체의식은 이웃의 소중함과 친밀도로 나타났으며, 지역공동체의식은 사회적기업의 기여도 인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 기업의 기여도 인식에 영향을 미치는 하위변수로는 소통과 화합으로 나타났다. 끝으로 지역사회리더의 리더십이 사회적 기업 인식과 사회적 기업 기여도 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the group art therapy on reducing parenting stress in grandmothers of children with grandparent families. The subjects of the study includes 7 grandmothers receiving National Basic Living Security and living in Seoul. These participants took part in 8 sessions without falling off the group art therapy. The data were analyzed with mixed methods. The following results were obtained: Group art therapy was found to bring about a significant decrease in parenting stress in quantitative data analysis. Also Group art therapy was found to bring a significant decrease in parenting stress in qualitative data analysis. There were many changes in the colour, houses, trees, the size and location of the person, and the relationships in the participants of the group art therapy.
