As for the value of gonadosomatic index, female was highest in May and lowest in September, and male was highest in May showing that the main spawning period of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris was May to July. The number of eggs in ovary was 358 to 8,612, and the fertilized egg was 0.65-0.77×1.23-1.44mm. From the viewpoint of stomach content analysis, main content was vegetables(97.6%) and minor content was animals(2.4%) including shrimps mainly.
