장애인의 주관적 건강 영향요인 탐색 :

A Study on the factors affecting self-rated health of people with disabilities :

본 연구는 사회적 배제와 사회경제적 지위를 중심으로 장애인의 주관적 건강 영향요인을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 장애인의 사회적 척도개발 연구(김경미 외, 2013)에서 수집된 자료를 활용하였으며, 638명의 지체・뇌병변 장애인을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과, 일반적 특성으로는 연령, 장애보유기간, 장애수용 수준이, 사회경제적 지위 가운데에는 국민기초생활보장 수급여부가, 그리고 사회적 배제 가운데는 사회적 권리에서의 배제와 참여 및 관계에서의 배제가 장애인의 주관적 건강에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 연령이 낮을수록, 장애보유기간이 짧을수록, 장애수용 수준이 높을수록, 국민기초생활보장 비수급의 경우, 그리고 사회적 권리와 참여 및 관계에서의 배제 수준이 낮을수록 장애인의 주관적 건강 수준은 높아질 수 있다는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 건강 및 건강권 향상을 위한 정책 및 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

This study aims to examine the factors affecting self-rated health of people with disability with social exclusion and socioeconomic status. The sample of this study was extracted from 638 people with physical disability and cerebral palsy. The main findings were as follows: Firstly, age, holding period of disability, acceptance of disability, and effects of Natinal Basic Livelihood Security Program were related with self-rated health of people with disability. Secondly, exclusion from social rights and exclusion from social participation and relationship were related with self-rated health of disabled people. Through these findings, implication related with practice and policy were suggested for health issues and rights of disabled people.
