Studies on the present situation of the marine processing industry and the rearing plans in yosu area (Ⅴ) The point at issue their fostering plans in marine processing industry

In order to formulate the fostering plans and develop the new ways of living, the point at issues and their fostering plans in marine processing industry in Yosu area were investigated. The points at issues of marine processing industry in Yosu area were a supply instability of processing materials, the insufficient technical developments of marine processing, the scantness of handling equipments for marine processing, the paltriness of marine processing industry, the production of simple and low degree in marine products, and the depressed productivity of O-cheon industrial complex for marine processing. The keynotes for activation of marine processing industry in Yosu area were the demand development for the domestic and foreign consumers by diversify and high-gradation in marine products, the keep balance of marine processing industry by security of processing materials, the activity supporting for marine products, being the great potential energy of growth, the production of fishery commodities according to the regional characteristics, and high utilization of domestic raw marine products.
