바위털갯지렁이, Marphysa sanguinea의 육상수조식양식을 위한 서식생태학적 연구

This study was conducted to develop raising techniques of marphysa sanguinea, therefore, this study focused on such points as follows; sediment preference and burrow shape, behavior in burrow and growth rate on artificial artificial feed, ect. The higest value in both sediment preference and survival rate of M. sanguinea were shown at clay of 0.02 mm in the mean diameter. Generally, only one individual inhabits in a burrow with head-up, but when excreting, it positions up-side down. Ranges of water temperature and salinity during the rearing period of 180 days were 15.1~29.9℃ and 30.2~34.8‰, respectively, showing relatively higher values than that of natural sea water, dissolved oxygen during the rearing period was 6.2~7.6 ㎎/ℓ, and inorganic nitrate was 0.7~8.2μM in NH₄⁻-N,6.3~17.2μM in NO₂⁻-N and 8.6~18.7μM in NO₃⁻-N. The juveniles grew from 6.7±1.1 g to 10.2±3.2 g in body weight and survival rate at the end of the experiment was 85.0%. The relationship between body weight and rearing days were expressed by linear regression, BW= 0.019RD+6.1933.
