Hydraulic experiments of wave attenuation, beach profile change and beach width variation using the artificial seaweed are done. In experiment results, the wave height decay is more increased that the density of artificial seaweed is more dense and the total width is more vast. The beach profile is changed from the erosion type to the accretion or intermediate type by the artificial seaweed, and also, near the shoreline area, the sand is accreted or the amount of erodible sand is much decreased. This effects are more available that the area of artificial seaweed is more close to the initial shoreline.
