There are various kinds of laver products on the market but they are consist of mainly roasted laver and seasoned laver. The sheet of laver products are in circulation by various size such as whole size(19×21cm), 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/12 of the whole size and so on. Recently, the kind of new freeze dehydrated laver products were on the market in Japan. The laver qualities are an important effect on their roasting methods. The infrared roasting machines for laver were replenished and superior laver products have been turn out on the market recently. To keep the laver products in a dry place, otherwise your laver would be changed in quality to the worse, because laver contained a small amount of sodium chloride which had the hygroscopic character.
