Random amplified polymorphic DNA analysis of Perinereis aibuhitensis in Dolsan, Yeosu, Korea

The random amplified polymorphic DNA variation of Perinereis aibuhitensis distributed at Pyeongsa, Yullim and Gunnae in Dolsan, Yeosu was analyzed. Ten primers of 10-mer arbitrary primer kit were used for PCR. Similarity was calculated by Jaccard’s equation. The band pattern was different in two of ten primers. The similarity between Pyeongsa and Yullim, Yullim and Gunnae, and Pyeongsa and Gunnae populations was 0.77, 0.78 and 0.89, respectively.
