탈식민주의 페미니즘은 식민지배와 가부장제에 대해 타자로서의 여성이 갖는 예리한 현실인식을 살필 수 있는 이론이다. 본고에서는 고정희, 김승희, 허수경의 시를 통해 탈식민주의 페미니즘의 다양한 의미와 시적 가능성을 탐색한다. 고정희는 폭력적 역사의 희생자이면서도 그러한 역사를 극복하는 주체라 할 수 있는 한국 여성 특유의 역사성을 강조한다. 또한 이를 표현하기 위해 전통적인 시가 형식을 도입하는 등 한국 여성시의 탈식민주의 페미니즘을 적극적으로 개척해간 선구자이다. 김승희는 평범한 일상에 편재해 있는 제국주의와 여성 차별의 그늘을 예리하게 포착하고 비판적으로 분석해낸다. 일상의 순간들과 역사적 사실, 개인의 삶과 집단의 기억을 병치하는 특유의 교차 서술로 여성들 간의 자매애와 연대감을 역동적으로 표출한다. 허수경은 심각하게 훼손되고 식민화된 여성들의 신체를 통해 전쟁과 같은 폭력적인 역사 속에서 지속되어온 여성 차별을 재현한다. 허수경의 시는 여성 수난사의 뿌리가 깊고 앞으로도 쉽게 나아지기 힘들다는 부정적인 전망을 우화의 선명한 구조로 보여준다. 이들은 여성문제에 작용하는 역사적 상황을 심도 있게 탐구하는 과정에서 성적 차별의 역사를 입체적으로 파악하는 데 긴요한 준거를 마련하고, 한국 여성시의 탈식민주의 페미니즘을 대표할 만한 독자적인 시선과 미학을 형성한다.

In this paper, I consider the characteristics of consciousness and description related to the postcolonial feminism especially focusing on the poetry of Ko Jeonghee, Kim Seunghui, Heo Sukyung. Ko Jeonghee explores the history of hardship of women who had suffered a double whammy in colonial history. She introduces a traditional poetic form to describe the special history of Korean women. Kim Seunghui critically analyzes the shadow of imperialism and discrimination that is omnipresent in everyday life. She dynamically expresses the sense of sisterhood and solidarity between women and women by the unique description of cross-cutting. Heo Sukyung describes the aspects of serious discrimination that women face. Her poems show a clear structure of fable which is associated with negative outlook about the history of women, because it has been imbued with the history of violence. In conclusion, postcolonial feminisms which appear in their poems have different poetic products, forming various meanings and means of expression, also represent the level of awareness about woman’s issues.
