業績評價를 위한 目標管理의 效率的 活用方案

Concerning to the team system and the new-personnel system that have been introduced to our enterprises lately, it gets more attentions that one has to be objectively evaluated and compensated based on his contribution to the organization. In this context, this study examines the content of the management by objectives for performance evaluation, that is, the contents of goal-setting stage, goal-implementation stage, and performance evaluation stage. Moreover, the study further searches for an efficient way of applying the system, and tries to contribute in making a successful organizational innovation and a performance-based personnel management.
