Headache is one of the chief complaints commonly seen in chiropractic clinic. Headache has a significant effect on work and life, and damages quality of life. The mechani sm of headache has not been clarified yet in many respects. We hypothesize from clinical analysis it is one of the causes of headache that worsening posture makes muscle tense and hinders blood flow. In this study we focus on the angle of flexion and extension of the neck which includes tibial artery and internal carotid artery, taking the most important part of blood flow to the brain. At the KCS clinics, we examine the posture of patients in postural analysis system called ChiroPrint. Taking the statistics of the angle of flexion and extension of the neck of patients with headache, we will analyze the relationship with headache.
