사회복지전담공무원의 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 효과

A The Effects of Social Support on the Relationship between Job Stress and Depression in the Public Service Officers

이 연구는 사회적 지지와 직무스트레스가 우울함에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 사회적 지지의 완충효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2016년 12월부터 2017년 2월까지 표본을 추출하였으며 경기도 수원시에 성남시, 용인시에 근무하는 사회복지전담 공무원 224명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였다. 본 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 사회복지전담 공무원의 직무스트레스가 높을수록 우울증에 부정적인 영향을 주었고, 사회적 지지와 우울간의 관계는 부의 관계로 나타났다. 또한 경제 상태와 건강상태가 우울함에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 발견되었다. 사회적 지지는 사회복 지전담공무원의 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관계에서 완충효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 사회적 지지는 직무스트레스가 높은 사회복지전담공무원에게 우울증 경감에 효과적이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과에 근거하여 사회복지전담공무원들의 우울의 완화를 위한 사회복지 개입 전략을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of job stress and social support on depression thoughts among public welfare officials. One of the most most purpose for this study was to examine the role of social support between job stress and depression From December 2016 to February 2017, the survey data were collected from 224 public welfare officials residing in Suwon, Seongnam, Youngin cities Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows：First, economic status and health status were significant predictors of depression thoughts among public welfare officials. Second, job stress was strongly associated with depression. Third, social support was the buffering effect between job stress and depression. This study will present social work implications to reduce depression of public welfare officials.
