빅 데이터를 이용한 제주도 양돈농가의 생산성 및 품질 분석

This paper aims to investigate the level of quality and pig farm management in Jeju and to find the indicator that can employ management consulting. For this purpose, big data such as information of traceability and grading in the pig sector is employed. The findings indicate that pork carcass traits in Jeju is characterized by light carcass weight and low appearance rate of grade 1+. In order to increase in profitability, breeding ratio of the Jeju black pig is required to be less than 10% or more than 60%. Sales of the fed pigs per one head of sow are affected by MSY, WSY, the ratio of the Jeju black pig. With the results, there is policy implication that it is necessary to construct the big data system by linking the traceability system with the computing system in other fields and to provide the pig farm with consulting services based on the big data.
