A Study on the Voucher System: Focused on Music Education Program

his study is to consider the voucher system in recent social welfare services on the basis of examinations for documents and cases. The voucher is a certificate generally used for increasing the consumption of a certain product or a service, not a direct cash grant, but one of ways in public service widely used in social security system. When types of children development supports in an investment business, community service were examined, most of music education programs were instrument educations and were provided as supporting services of children emotional development. Based on the result, this study is to suggest succeeding studies and activation plans for diverse voucher music education programs.
