This study emphasizes the need to construct global citizenship society which has had some uncertain prospects yet, and focuses on education as a kind of the mechanism for it. While there are so many flows or influences in opposition to conflicting globalization and these bring controversial points, I have global citizenship education stress as the way of solving problems. In this context, I try to specifically investigate some roles of global citizenship and I can suggest three themes of global citizenship education and a blueprint for it, which contains formal, nonformal, informal education system and children-youth and adults education system. Granting it to be imperfect and needed some continuous complement, I expect this study to be a new starting point for lifelong educational approach to global citizenship education for all.
