The Effect of the Art Events for Perception Improvement about the Disability on the Non-Disability s Perception of the Disabilities

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the art events for perception improvement about the disability on the non-disability s perception of the disabilities This study surveyed about the non-disability s perception of the disabilities before their participating in the art events and compared with the changes of their perceptions after participating in them. The result of the survey showed that the perception of the disabilities before participating the art events and the changed perception after participating were in the sub-elementary perceptions such as the perception of the disabilities s capabilities, the psychology perception, the perception in getting in touch with the disabilities and the educational attitudes towards them. Besides, it was manifested that the perception about the disability changed in more positively way after participation in the art events for the disability perception improvement A statistically significant difference were found between pre-test and post-test in perception improvement of the disabilities.
