우리나라 수출입 기업의 AEO 결정요인이 AEO 효과 및 혜택에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

An Empirical Study on the Effects of AEO determinant factor on AEO effects and application benefits of Korean import and export enterprises

최근 국제무역 환경이 수출입 공급체인망 통합의 형태로 무역의 패러다임이 전환되면서 각국의 관세행정은 무역의 원활화와 무역안전을 동시에 추구하고 있다. 이러한 상충된 목적의 충족을 위해 AEO제도가 중요한 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 147개의 수출입 AEO 공인 업체를 대상으로 AEO 결정요인이 AEO 효과와 AEO 활용 혜택에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 자원기반관점, 관계적관점을 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였고, 구조방정식모형으로 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, AEO 수행 역량은 AEO 효과에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업의 내·외부 협력은 AEO 효과와 AEO 활용 혜택에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 외부의 영향력은 AEO 활용 혜택에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 시사점을 살펴보면 AEO 수행 역량은 AEO 효과를 향상시키고, 기업 외부의 영향력은 AEO 활용 혜택과 연결된다. 기업의 내·외부 협력은 AEO 효과와 AEO 활용 혜택을 향상시킴으로써 공급체인망 구성원들의 협력이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study derived the main factors influencing the AEO effects and benefits determinant factors Research design, data, methodology : This paper 147 export and import AEO enterprises in Korea were researched empirically, according to the AEO implement capacity factor, collaboration of interior and exterior company factor, and external influence factor influencing the AEO effects and AEO application benefits was tested. Results : According to this research, First, the result shows that the AEO implement capacity has significant positive influence each on the AEO effects. Second, according to the collaboration of interior and exterior company has significant positive influence on the AEO effects and AEO application benefits. Third, according to the external influence has significant positive influence on the AEO application benefits. Conclusions : The implications of this study are that the AEO implement capability improves the AEO effect and the external influence is related to the AEO application benefit. Collaboration among supply chain members was the most important factor in enhancing the AEO effect and AEO application benefits.
