A Study on the Result of North and South Korea Policy toward North Korea and Changing of Unification Environment

This study suggests opening of a high level Beconcillatory, cooperative and practical relationship between South Korea and North Korea through progressive propulsion of goal of policy on North South and unification policy which have been carried out by successive governments including present participating government . This means improvement of relationship between South Korea and North Korea through peace, reconciliation and cooperation. It is very meaningful that agreement was made at the South and North summitlevel conference to positively solve the issue of unification of Korea peninsula by South Korea and North Korea independently and taking initiative not leaving the issue of unification of Korean peninsula to powerful countries of world or the United Nations. In macroscopic aspect, it can be said that results of South and North summit conference were remarkable in view of recognition of substances of mutual countries, independent solution of issue of nation, large scale agreement an approaching process of unification Issue and establishment of trust between summit level of south and north. In view of above, purpose of this study is to emphasize importance of earlier realization of atmosphere of unification between South and North through commanding of view of South and North Korea In harmony with economic cooperation, establishment of circumstances of coexisistence, coeprosperity and unification through harmonious relationship with changing circumstances of neighboring countries and proposal of summit conference and unification methods.
