This Study focuses on examining the role of homeroom teachers in facilitating the 7th extracurricular activities curriculum through a case study of the classroom management in a liberal arts high school. A homeroom teacher of this case study set following 4 goals: maximization of autonomy activities, active consultations with students to improve adaptation activities, internalization of volunteer activities, and diversification of class events and activities. For this, the homeroom teacher established several practical plans and recognized that he could play a role in managing the homeroom without less stress if he thinks 7th extracurricular activities curriculum itself is classroom management. In conclusion, homeroom teacher, with a positive will, successfully adapted the 7th extracurricular activities curriculum to the recent school and classroom management in a liberal arts high school. The 7th extracurricular activities curriculum was established with the aim of developing students individuality and quality by encouraging their active participation in various group activities, and of fostering their fundamental quality as a citizen of democratic society by encouraging their community awareness and autonomous attitude.
