The goal of this study is to reveal degree of job satisfaction that has been felt by teachers and leadership types of the chiefs of kindergartens, as a result of disclosing impact to job satisfaction by leadership types of to the chiefs of kindergartens, I have come to conclusions as follows. At first, leadership types of the chiefs of kindergarten seemed to be more like a harmony-among-men-oriented type rather than a task-oriented type. Second, leadership types of the chiefs of kindergartens showed significant difference in light of academic background from a harmony-among-men-oriented type and a task-oriented type respectively, and they also showed significant difference from a viewpoint of a career from a harmony-among-men-oriented type and a task-oriented type. Third, job satisfaction of teachers seemed to be average, and satisfaction felt when working with the chief seemed to be highest, and the next came in an order of job itself satisfaction, promotion and pay satisfaction, colleague-related satisfaction, and working environment satisfaction, etc out of subordinate factors. Fourth, job satisfaction of teachers showed no significant difference in light of academic background, however, when viewing subordinate factors, it indicated significant difference from a viewpoint of working environment satisfaction, in the meantime job satisfaction related to career displayed no significant difference, however it showed significant difference in light of subordinate factors - colleague-related satisfaction, satisfaction while working with the chief, job itself satisfaction, working environment satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction related to number of kindergarten students changed by the teacher showed no significant difference, however it showed significant difference in light of subordinate factors - colleague-related satisfaction, satisfaction while working with the chief, promotion and pay satisfaction, job satisfaction related to average working hours a day of a teacher showed significant difference, moreover it showed significant difference as well in light of subordinate factors - colleague-related satisfaction, satisfaction while working with the chief, job itself satisfaction. Fifth, it has been proved that there was a close relationship between leadership types of the chiefs of kindergartens and job satisfaction of teachers, and even there was a close relationship between harmony-among-men-oriented type rather than task-oriented type and job satisfaction.
