A study on the prospective development society of Associated teachers

The purpose of this treatise is to assure improvement of teacher s right not only thought improvement of economic and social status of teachers but also through protection of their right and interest and enhancing their welfare as well. Also this author aims to assure teachers to exercise their rights and carry out their duties and responsibilities faithfully for their survival and development in connection with such endeavor this author studied foreign systems of teachers organization so that they may not become drop-outs in 21st contury. In this regard in this study this author attempted to propose need and role of teachers organization and to pint out problems of such organization, secondly, this author attempted to indicate direction for development or teachers organization and also tried to show direction of their activity, current status, activity of labor union as well as status of activity of teachers organization in foreign contries.
