중국 고등학교 경제교육에서 시장과 정부의 역할 변화 연구

A study on changing roles of market and government in high school economic education of China

본 연구는 시장과 정부의 역할이라는 관점에서 1982년에서 2016년까지 중국 고등학교 경제교육과정을 4시기로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 특히 시진핑 시기 경제교육에서 시장과 정부의 역할이 가지는 의미를 분석하기 위해 후진타오 시기 경제교육과정과 비교하였다. 분석결과, 경제교육에서 시장의 역할은 1982년부터 2016년까지 지속적으로 확대되고, 시진핑 시기 경제교육과정에서 시장은 자원배분에 있어서 결정적 역할을 하는 것으로 명시된다. 또한 중국 정부도 경제성장방식의 전환을 위해서는 정부역할의 축소를 통한 시장기능의 확대가 불가피한 것으로 인식하고 있다. 그러나 과거 정부 주도의 가시적 경제적 성과가 사회주의 시장경제체제의 공고화와 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 시진핑 시기 고등학교 경제교육과정에서 시장의 역할 확대는 정부의 시장실패에 대한 교정 및 거시경제 조정과 함께 강조되고 있다.

This study examined the economic educational curriculum of Chinese high school from 1982 to 2016 into four periods in terms of market and government roles. Especially, it was compared with the economic education curriculum of Hu Jintao Era in order to analyze the meaning of the market and the role of the government in the economic education at the time of the Xi Jinping. As a result, the role of the market in economic education is continuously expanded from 1982 to 2016, and it is stated that the market play a decisive role in resources distribution in the economic education of the Xi Jingping Era. The Chinese government also recognizes that it is inevitable to expand market functions by reducing the role of government in order to change the way of economic growth. However, since the tangible economic performance led by the government is closely related to the consolidation of the socialist market economy system, the expansion of the role of the market in the economic education curriculum of the high school during the Xi Jinping Era, This period emphasizes with the correction of the market failure and the macroeconomic adjustment.
